Addressing payroll reporting and other billing issues.

As a company, MEM believes in continuous improvement. This year, we invested in specific technology improvements that caused growing pains for some policyholders who utilize payroll reporting or have more than one policy with us.

When it comes to your work comp coverage, it is always our goal to be as transparent as possible. So, here’s what you can expect from us as we work to resolve these issues:

  1. If you have been receiving multiple invoices from us each month for your policy, you will soon receive just one monthly invoice that includes all audit and/or policy change charges.
  2. Due to an internal system upgrade, our monthly and quarterly payroll reporting process became a bit more manual earlier this year. We are currently working to resolve this issue, but in the meantime, please contact Customer Service to assist in submitting payroll reports.
